Meeting Formats

Our meetings alternate between two formats: Standing/Dinner and Sitting/Boardroom.

The Standing/Dinner format helps us practice from a standing position, such as on stage or an after-dinner speech. The Sitting/Boardroom format simulates a more formal corporate environment.
